Refund policy
At United Revival, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at blair.monroe.eschrich@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
